I made this dress having to attend a wedding. The top was made from the (afternoon) tea top pattern. I wanted to have some sleeves for the dress, so I added cap-sleeves.
The skirt is made from a burda-pattern. I will add the pattern number soon.
I decorated the dress with a flower band and also added my own handmade roses. Found a wonderful tutorial on burdastyle (decorative rose).
I also made a white jacket to fit with it. I will make pictures of the jacket soon.
Lining: cotton
Fabric: silk or satin

Is there a pattern that you would recommend for the cap-sleeves?
