Men’s shirt based on my own pattern. I wanted a shirt with a wide neck but still with a full collar, a low straight hem so the shirt can be worn both out and tucked in, and a wider button strip than is usual – I’m a big guy, and I don’t like it when the shirt opens between buttons and shows skin. The collar front is a little too low here, next time I will make it a little higher, but everything else went well. (Note 4 years later – this shirt is one of my faves in my wardrobe. It has done very well over the years!)
