Your jacket looks great! I am making this jacket but am currently having a heck of a time sewing the underarm sleeve panels to front and back sleeves. Yours has given me inspiration to keep at it.

That seam is the most difficult part of the whole construction. I hand basted it before going to the sewing machine.

This is such a cool jacket. Your choice of colour is perfect for spring. It looks great on you.

Thank you – it is a brighter colour than I might normally wear, but I love it!

This is so lovely. I have this same pattern but haven’t gotten around to making it. I was going to use a natural coloured linen but your orange linen looks so good I may change my mind.

I considered a natural colour too, but I am loving the orange now! Enjoy your jacket.
