This bright colourful top was a pleasure to make. Very easy to sew and comfortable to wear. I made this blouse using Burda magazine pattern #117, 8/2009.

Oh I LOVE this top it’s so pretty!! I love the ruffles and everything about it really. I’m sure it looks even nicer on! I’m struggling with the heat atm but back to work on Monday lol so at least it’s fully air conned! I don’t think I really like spotlight mt gravatt either its a bit hard to find stuff there. Def try logan one I am always finding the best fabric there! They seem to always undercharge me too!!

Thanks for your sweet comments. This top does look better on me than my dummy but I can never wait to get my daughter to take the photos. I am working on several tops from one pattern at the moment, so I am going to wait for my daughter to come over and then do the lot at once. And when this weather cools, I will head on down to Logan. Have a great weekend and stay cool.

This is adorable! As per usual, the fabric is just gorgeous. The neck piece makes the blouse really interesting. Lovely!

Thank-you Nadine. If you would like this pattern, you can email me with the size you want and I will draft it for you and post it. It is very simple and wouldn’t take long to do it. The size range is 34 to 44.
