I call this creation the ‘tan top’ because of the way it falls on you, you can tan and wear whatever you want, without getting any lines!
To make this, i cut a rectangle in my fabric. The length being about 4/5 inches bigger than the measurement slightly above my bust, the width being about 3 inches bigger than my underarm to hip measurement.
i hemmed both of the long edges and along one, i did a few rows of stiching with elastic thread. The other edge, i threaded through some thin-ish elastic which measured the exact measurement slightly above my bust, i sewn together and voila!
-Some really gorgeous floral print cotton i found :)
-Some thin elastic
Dress up outerwear with deep shawl collars and sew up a lovely fitted dress with a flounced hemline.
