This dress is featured on Sue Box Lace. One of the best digitize-rs in the world.
This is my friend Tammy’s wedding dress for her fall wedding in October. It is also my first embroiderd commissioned wedding project. The dress is a Jessica McClintok dress she found at a thrift Store for $20.00. I took it in 2 sizes and removed the ugly straps. Then we decided to use Sue Box Lace from her Just Lace Collection so the dress did not look like a prom dress more like a wedding dress. It took me 56 hours to machine embroider just the lace and then I hand stitched it all on the which took me another 6 hours. We did the lace in a 40 weight cream polyester thread.
