I am not so sure that it is the same pattern but I get if from the Easy Fashion Fall 2006 and according to the pictures I saw here I think is the same. In the magazine it appears even with the pattern of the frontal embroided flower, but I find that a little tacky so I passed on.
I made the belt and the pieces of fabrics holding the buttons on the sleeves, of a different fabric so it is the same color but different texture.
I found very nice buttons, that really match with the original.
I wear it so casual just with a good pair of jeans, and formally with a dressy pant and different purse.
I bought this nice and lovely
Crepe and Taft. I bought them in the market just 1 euro each meter.
