Description

Mad Men inspired 50s dress, made from a 1954 pattern reproduction from vogue V2960. I totally adore this dress and I hope to wear it a lot! it is made from a linen+rayon blend, very drapy, airy, and soft fabric. I made a petticoat from linen to go under it. I got too lazy to do button holes, so I decided to just do a bunch of snap buttons. the result — my favorate dress ever!

The pattern was quite easy to follow (except for the button part), and I think the fit is just fine as well! you can read more about my creations at my link!
