Plaid Kasia skirt!. This is definitely the best skirt I have ever made, and also the hardest but I really enjoyed it!. The instructions were straight forward and the only problem I encountered was when sewing the waist – the fabric suddenly distorted!!!? I don’t know why but I had to rip it off and do it again (of which i’m still in the process). I will definitely make this one again as it is so comfy and stylish. And to top off the outfit I included a hand knitted scarf I made a few years ago! Thank you Burda Style, and other members Kasia creations – which are very inspiring!!
stretch Plaid and blue cotton for the pockets. John Lewis cream wool for the scarf!

Your Kasia was my inspiration to do mine. However I struggled a little with the instructions so mine is nearly finished but is a variation because I was getting myself in a twist with the pattern and instructions. I couldn’t figure out why I had so many pieces and couldn’t see where they would go on the skirt, so i have just made it up! Will finish it this week! Hopefully!

Looks very professionally done, I don’t think I dare to try it for now, I’ll probably be ripping it apart more than a few times.

LOVE THIS! Such a simple fabric and colour combination, but I wouldn’t have thought of it! And it works so well. Very nice work lady. I’m taking this as inspiration and will have to give this pattern a go myself soon.
