BWOF 10/2005, #119, with few alterations.
I had to make darts on the front side, since the dress didn’t accentuate my thin waist. Also, I added organza band (manually pleated) to the hem, and golden satin piping.
My mom really helped me – she pleated the organza band (pleating that band took her as much time as it took me to sew the complete dress! So, I recommend buying an already pleated band)
Taffeta;
Organza band (4m);
Satin band (2m)
