Added Jul 3, 2013
I added two inches to the length of these, redrafted and shaped the fly, added an integrated fly extension (eliminating the right facing piece and thus drafting a new underlap piece), added a rear welt back pocket and shaped the center back waistband by taking a V-shaped wedge out of it on one end. I also added 1" to the length of both the pocket and pocket pieces. I highly recommend this pattern – the only thing I might change is to scoop out the back crotch a tad more and take in the waistband another inch.
Included pictures to show lengthen/shorten lines I added to pattern pieces and also changes to fly front.
