I made these for my girlfriend out of a couple of my old t-shirts. This is the first thing I have ever sewn, and it shows :) I don’t have a swing needle sewing machine (yet), so no zigzags, so she can’t actually get them on because the waist doesn’t stretch. I get the feeling that that doesn’t bother her too much though. Now I know I can do it I think I shall try to do better next time :)
1 blue t-shirt from topman, 1 brown t-shirt from fruit of the loom. The brown t-shirt was great because it doesn't have seams down the side so I could get the full size in one piece.

That’s perfectly wonderful, no matter the outcome – I’m sure she was delighted that you sewed her something. Bravo.

I just noticed your tag words…lol. Better luck on the next pair. They really are easy to make. ; ^ )
