Second version of turtleneck from pattern #104, September 2012 issue of Burda Style. First version was transformed into a “dress”. This simple-to-sew consists of only four pattern pieces: front, back, sleeve, and a rectangular piece for the cowl neck. I performed my usual petite adjustment of 1" at the waistline and narrowed the upper center back 3/4" (took in 3/8" from the upper center back of the back pattern piece). To look and feel less constricted, I lowered the neckline 1/2’ from the center, tapering to 0" at te shoulders, before attaching the cowl neck.
