This is yet another lovely design. If I follow the blog, use a decent quality jersey, and allow extra through the hips, will this fit well enough for a size 14, (Granddaughter)? I would rather you let me know it isn’t suitable than to have her feel uncomfortable in public. She’s 10 years old and 5’4" so has the height problem.
