This is yet another lovely design. If I follow the blog, use a decent quality jersey, and allow extra through the hips, will this fit well enough for a size 14, (Granddaughter)? I would rather you let me know it isn’t suitable than to have her feel uncomfortable in public. She’s 10 years old and 5’4" so has the height problem. She is taller than all the girls and all but two boys in her class. Cordially, Nehmah
