The inspiration for this skirt came from a skirt that I saw in Forever New about 5 months ago. I really liked it but could not justify spending $60 on a skirt that I could make for much cheaper. All up this cost me under $20 for the material, buttons and thread. It only took me two hours to make and I am super happy with the results! I think I might start putting heart shaped pockets on all my clothes :P
