Description

Girls Bolero knitted using an original 1940’s bridesmaid accessories pattern.

This yarn looked fab as a skein….the true personality didnt show itself until I tried to wind it into balls! Then it took me a whole week to knit something that usually takes a day! The overall finish and texture of the garment was well worth it….

Material Notes

The yarn is a 2ply (similar thickness to crochet cotton) rayon/polyester with slubs of the fibre added at intervals’

Thanks the pattern is a 1940’s and so easy just three pieces…it was the yarn that caused me a headache….I still have 300grams in a skein hiding away until I feel I can once more tackle it!!…impulse buys!
