I didn’t make a how to yet but you can find a great tutorial on how to make your own purse on Lisa’s blog , is so inspiring. You can follow this tutorial http://u-handbag.typepad.com/uhandblog/2006/12/purse_frames_de.html And just add some ruffles with remnants or scraps.
