I have a love for vintage style fashions and – maybe more importantly – a priority on comfort! I made these to wear under my sundresses. They add a kicky, if secret edge to what I am wearing and my thighs are so much happier. I based one pair on a pattern I drafted and the other on the Madeleine pattern from Colette. The Colette pattern is for mini bloomers, but I just finished the hem with lace instead of adding the elastic and ribbons. I also made these with french seams and that makes them even more comfy.

Lovely, I have some cotton lawn left over from my petticoat project and I’m going to make a pair to match :)
