Description

Evil one year….. ANGELIC the next. I made this shimmering angel costume and slaved over making the wings. At the time… this project cost over $100. to make. After a few years the wings fell apart and I had to buy new ones ( with a matching halo). Wish I would have done that in the first place. Anyway… this costume was a big challenge and quite an accomplishment for me.

Material Notes

the wings, from what i can see, look great! I made 3 sets last year with wire, felt, and feathers and they turned out really well, only cost about $20 total for all 3 pairs. Love the sparkly fabric!

The wings in this pic are the purchased wings with halo. Mine fell apart after being stored for so long. BTW this is made from Simplicity costumes pattern #9309.
