I had a pair of old sweats with some holes on the bottom. I LOVE the material and the color. Snip, snip, sew, sew. ANd vwalla, a skirt. It’s very tight but I think it’s cute. A cool pair of tights under neath would be adorable! I’m wearing it with my cropped vest thing. You can find the description for that at http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/cropped-vest-thing. This skirt can be dressed up. It’s casual and fancy at the same time!
Old sweats, cotton and spandex.
