I made this dress for Christmas. The bodice is from the Zoe pattern, but with a higher waist. The sleeves are from the JJ pattern. The fabric was a bit too thick for these sleeves, but I am a beginner and still a bit clueless about how to use each fabric. All in all I’m quite happy with the results even though the dress still has a lot of beginner-mistakes

Beautiful dress and I love the fabric! There isn’t an Ikea even close to where I live and they don’t send it by mail….boo hoo! Are you sure you aren’t a designer in disguise, Susanne…you sure have a knack for it! Congratulations on the great job!

I know this fabric, its from IKEA ;O) I used this fabric to re-cover my armchairs, but as a dress it is also very nice. I like the neckline with the bottons on it and it suits you very well! To mix two patterns is advanced work, gread job.

Hey, via via kwam ik bij jou creaties uit. Leuk die jurk, ik heb van precies de zelfde stof een tas gemaakt! Ook leuk om eens wat nederlandse mensen op deze site te zien! Groetjes Julia

Beautiful dress. I love the collar. You did a great job combining the patterns, when I try that I usually end up with a mess. ;)
