Ruffles aren’t something I’d attempted before, but I really like the look of a lot of Kate Towers’ dresses. I think they’re all swell, but the pleated ruffles she’s made are especially lovely. They’re entirely worth the money, but I don’t actually have any of that right now, so this is my attempt to make my own.
