Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I play roller derby, and I couldn’t find any good highwaisted derby spanks, so I decided to try to make some with some jersey knit I had lying around and some fold-over elastic leftover from Ember’s cloth diapers. I thought they turned out rather nicely, and some of the other girls are interested, so I thought I’d start whipping up custom spanks! <3
For the pattern, I referenced about 5 pairs of my favorite low waisted spandex shorts and panties.

i haven’t worn a bikini since my daughter was born, but i’m finally feeling up to it this summer…i will probably try make myself a slightly lower waisted pinup style swimsuit this summer! :)
