Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I made these shorts from a beautiful off-white linen. I used Simplicity 3849, View E. I love how they turned out, and I needed these this summer and have already gotten plenty of use out of them (they are now going into hibernation for the winter :( ). The fit could be a bit better… there I go not making muslins again :) But it’s not bad either. I think I need to work on perfecting the fit of waistbands. I always seem to underestimate so that it’s a little tight (no matter how many times I try them on).
