Burda Style For people who sew
Description
It’s impossible to be sad in this dress. It’s made out of happy colours!
I added a peter pan collar, little cap sleeves and tried out the scalloped hem which seems to be everywhere at the moment!
This dress is made up with lovely Tessuti Fabrics
The yellow shell is a stretch cotton called Canary and the peter pan collar is made using a Japanese cotton called Sand Yuki Small
Both fabrics were a dream to sew with.

Thanks Kihil! I drafted this one myself, however I did base the shape of the neck off a previous vogue pattern I’ve used before #1230

I do love your creations Julia, I’ve never been a fan of the Peter Pan collar because it’s normally so high and big busts don’t like high necks, but this is just right!
