Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Based loosely on Vogue 1355, an old ?90’s? pattern. I say loosely because I ended up making significant fitting and shaping changes…
The dress is cut on the bias and has no closure. It is of polyester chiffon, and has a lining dress of white cotton voile, also on the bias. All seams are French seams, the dress is hemmed with a black rolled hem on my overlocker, and the white voile underdress has a regular double folded hem.
I’m so ready for my poolside cocktail, and summer!
