Sunray Hoodie

Added Dec 14, 2007

by pmg

Waverly, New Yor...

Made from a 70’s pattern for a raglan dress. I used the raglan top, then altered to form the pleat/gathers to form the sun rays. I cut a half circle from contrasting fabric, boat neck with contrasting band and a hood.

Material Notes

Stretch cotton blend

Thanx. From time to time I get the sleeves confused. I will have to remember that.

cute! i like the contrast and the hood.

also, just so you know, those aren’t raglan sleeves, those are called kimono sleeves, or sometimes dolman sleeves. raglan sleeves are like the baseball uniform sleeves.
