I’ve wanted a cut out back dress for so long but it had to still allow me to wear a bra. I made this for a recent holiday from a stretch jersey and am really pleased with the results. I’m loving bows so added that across the top of the back for a little twist.
Rather proud of creating my on cut out and the interfacing for it….I had a minimal amount of fabric so it was great to get it right first time!
Annoyingly I spilled red wine on it the first time I wore it, typical!

really great dress, did you use a pattern or just winged it?

Thank you! I actually just used a basic t-shirt pattern and adapted it so lots of winging it for this one! x

I really like your dress and I am guessing it is really easy and comfortable to wear as well as looking great.
