I knew I had to make this dress as soon as I saw the picture in BurdaStyle May issue. However, I made a couple of minor alterations:
- eliminated the bottom tier lengthened the second tier and just cut it as two 30" wide rectangles
— added pockets
As you may or may not notice, this dress is yet another testament of my obsession with white, blue, and stripes this summer.
