I made this coat few months ago in the middle of the winter.
From the website Modcloth, this item was on sale for 374 USD. I made same version more elegant in off white, taupe and gorgeous light coral lining.
Original model was designed in the UK, this distinctive piece features a off white – taupe wool cotton, an amazing asymmetrical ruffled collar to set off your fetching visage, and, most stunningly of all, 4 swooping swishes of fabric folded up to the waist to show off the luxurious lining – ooh-la-la!
The coat has 4 hooks where the decoration is hanged. It could be worn showing the peachy pink lining or folding the color inside so you will have practically 2 coats, all depends on your mod and clothing you want to match, look at the pictures.
Shell is made of fabric 50% wool and 50% cotton. Lining fabric is made of 100% cotton, has a beautiful shady-coat all over makes it look like satin.
It is an amazing model, I received compliments wherever I go.
