This is the same fabric I used for my peter pan collar dress, the print is a bit wild so I used to collar to calm it down and contrast it. I love the look of scallops and I’ve seen them in shops, I saw a top in topshop that was great, but overpriced. So I wanted to make something very simple, just a basic tank top, and added the scalloped flair. It’s very light and good for anything really.
The fabric colours make me think of citrus fruits, perfect for summer :)
Plenty of photos on the blog too
