my sew weekly entry for the “perfect summer dress” challenge. i love me some maxi in the summertime. i also love me some alcohol, hence the name of the dress: oonaballoona: perfet summer wacay

    I am so In love with this dress, I look at it every day. Cant seem to build up the courage to make it as yet being a novice and all :)

      thank you so much! you must just DO IT. just use cheaper fabric the first time, and maybe cut a size larger than you think you need so you have room for error. if you use stretch material, you won’t even need to fool with a zipper. and you can always hit me up here if you run into problems!

      thanks jules! it’s so easy to make, just marry the yoke of azalea with a couple yards of fabric :)

    It is a gorgeous dress, I love the colours. BTW, my vote is to leave the trim/lace combo “as is” and use the new one (also great looking) for another project… you asked…
