I’ve been holding onto this bobby pin fabric for many years, finally I found the perfect pattern to make it into. I decided to included pocket, and with this, I needed to move the zipper to the back. I also placed a covered button at the top of the zipper for a little detail. The skirt is lined with a contrasting fabric that is longer than the bobby pin fabric, so it peeks out at the bottom. I made the sleeves have a little pleat in them, because I wanted it to be a bit more girly. My skirt is also fuller than suggested.
