Description

Was inspired to draft my own pattern based on Natty’s coin button shorts for my little one as she is quickly growing out of a lot of her summer stuff. Made a quick t shirt too, had lots of trouble with the collar. First one though, I’m sure the next one will be better…

Material Notes

cotton, bias tape, buttons.
cotton blend knit.

I love how none matchy this outfit is. The shorts are adorable – i just wish my daughter would wear them but she’s a skirt girl through and through. In regards to the collar on the shirt – it looks like you made it the same length as the circumference of the opening. You need to make it 15-25% shorter (depending on the stretch of the fabric) and that will allow it to sit flat.
