MY FIRST SKIRT!!! I loved the fun look of this fabric. I repurposed this fabric from a very ugly dress I found at the thrift store. I finished all the edges. I let the finished seams show on the top part of the skirt and on the bottom I had opening on the right side to make it fun and slightly sexy. This was my first attempt at a skirt. I just let it come together organically. It took me a while, but it was worth it. I am still thinking about adding a bow or a rosette with the extra fabric. let me know what you think.
Thrifted polyester fabirc, lime green seam binding, zipper, pink/yellow thread
