A couple of tops in different fabrics using the same pattern, Burda 9573. It’s a kid’s pattern, these were made using size 13, and they go up to 14. Daughter no 2 is tall, 5’8", and this looks great still, so I figure some grown-ups should be able to get into these too.. ;p. Daughter no 2 really likes this pattern, the tops are loose and comfy and great for hot weather. I like them because they are really quick to run up! :D
The fabric for the green floral one was from Linda Harper in Kenilworth, the orange is from South Africa, I bought that about 13 years ago (I know, how long do I hold onto stuff??) from Creative Textiles. The last lime green one is a light cotton voile batik.
Hit the city streets in adventurous looks with utilitarian details like cargo pockets and belts.
