Where do I start with this project? It seems like it took forever to finish. All french seams, the sleeves were a challenge. I’ve never done a sleeve like these. I also made the slip that goes under the dress out of a white cotton. The swiss dot fabric is a little sheer so best to have the slip. The dress drapes lower in the back which gives it a neat look.
I feel like I should wear this while sipping an espresso at cafe in Paris ;-)

Absolutely gorgeous!
Love the patterned fabric. French seams, I’ve heard of their difficulty – (might be thinking of a different one), haven’t faced it yet. I think you’ve done a brilliant job regardless.

The dress is lovely. I’ve just bought this pattern on sale and waiting to receive it. I’ve got this gorgeous fabric waiting…
Wow, you must have the patience of a saint, French seams? I tried it a couple of times because I don’t have an Overlocker, but in the end gave up because it took too long even if the seams are neat. I use the zigzag option on my machine and it works great.
