Description

Eliminated the bib and cut the waistband out in one piece, kept pockets, took out 1" at hip for petite alteration, put a slit in the back. Somehow zoned out on the fact that the front and back hip panels are different sizes … and I had to take the waist in by about 6" and faded that away to the hips. This fabric did NOT like to be gathered.

    Hi,

I love your version of the Kasia, I really like how you have simplified the bib/waist. I’m going to try to make my own version this afternoon :)

    Cheers, Candy

i have a skirt a lot like this that is worn beyond repair, but i never saw the similarity to the kaisa pattern ‘til i saw your version just now. this is too adorable! i really like what you’ve done with the waist in particular.
