No, I am not in the southern hemisphere. It is still pretty warm here in Texas, so I dug out an old project: a cotton summer dress, with a marked waistline and v-neck, and an exposed zipper. There are inseam pockets, too. The neckline is self-faced, and I used bias-tape on the arm-holes.
I draped this one, so no patterns.
