This is one of my most favorite blouse patterns. So far I made two versions but I will definitely sew more.
There is one thing which should be mentioned: Please check the neckline width before you cut the pattern, to avoid slippiing off the shoulders. I myself used the pattern like it was… but I have really wide shoulders.
Ps: The fabric with the african print was given me from a friend who spent some time in africa – it is 30 (!) years since. I always loved the design, it reminds me on a july-apple. :D
african blouse: cotton

Love especially the African print one… it suits you perfectly! Peasant tops… today I’ve finished a recycled grocery bag! No sewing comparison possible, definitely!

Hi Bussey!
I am proud to be able to say that the African blouse is a recycled project! It was a curtain in its precious live! ♥

I love this top and the fabric you have used. I don’t have wide shoulders, so I ended up putting a draw string into the neck edge made with the same fabric.
