It gets pretty toasty down here in the 8-4-3. And it’s not easy to find a decently-fitting summer dress (that’s not chock-full of elastic smocking). Anyway. This is my version of elainemay’s Coffee Date Dress. I am pretty happy with it. I was too lazy to mess with the ruffle.
