I wanted to snap a quick picture of my (nearly) finished dress based on Vogue 1153. It’s an Anna Sui pattern. I love how girly this dress is. I was inspired to go for the polka dotted fabric after seeing this finished project: http://sewveryprairie.blogspot.com/2010/07/vogue-1153-anna-sui-dress.html (hers is fantastic!!) There are still many pins in this dress and I will add more photos once it’s truly completed. I was a trooper – narrow hemmed everything because I have not yet gotten comfortable with my serger/rolled hemming. It was time consuming, but not too painful :)
The lines of Greek architecture inspire this neutral and pastel collection.
