Description

my daughter was in a 70’s fashion show…I was unable to find the perfect print from the variety of fabric stores that I visited…so I decided to go into a second hand store….you would have thought i won the lotto :) I found a kitchen curtain and a living room curtain both for $3.00 each almost 10 yards YES!

oh yea and the shoes are brown leather platform sandles…$1.99 at the second hand store… I had an old leather purse i no longer used that match perfectly as well as extra material from the curtains so I cut out flowers for the purse and curtain material… to add to the shoes and the bathing suit…the bathing suit and shoes were then glamorized along with the sunglasses w/swaroski stones…

Thanksssssss in reply…I saw this bathing suit in a fendi fashion show minus the ruffles, leather, and swarsoski stones…the woman in the picture had on olive knee high’s…I looked all over the place the only color i could find was nude, black or coffee….so i decided to go with the nude however the nude blended in with my daughter’s complexion… so I added ruffles on both along with swaroski stones…

Fantastic! That is so adorable! Also, the pattern would make great lingerie or retro short suit for an older girl.

I hope she won, she has a killer smile _
