I bought this ridiculous fabric at a Quilting store in Bungendore near my boyfriends grandparents farm. I bought this for him, and i bought myself this crazy fabric with creepy kittens all over it gazing into mirrors….

We bought them to make matching hilarious and ironic shirts to wear together. Thought it would be funny. The lady who served us and also my mother…thought that the fabrics were really beautiful? We were invited back to the shop to have our photos taken once i have made them both.

I based this shirt on the pattern i made for his previous shirt, but tweeked some fitting issues a bit. Sleeve/Shirt length and a few other things.

There is a contrast brown piping strip acorss the back yoke and the collar stand is this fabric as well. Oh and also the inside of the cuffs are as well. I also did a red running stitch for a bitch of fun and colour along the collar and back yoke. Funsies.

I made it for him for valentines day (was meant to be christmas….cough) so decorated the inside accordingly. Im sure anyone would laugh at him if they knew it was there. But i like to think it would be nice to see it putting on hehe.

……coming…..eventually will be my creepy kitten shirt to match.

Oauauah gorgeous fabric! I don’t think your mom or the lady who served you are strange at all (hmm that says something about me?). The shirt fits so perfectly, well done!

One of a kind! That shirt is the coolest, and I loved the story behind the fabric!
