Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Short sleeved cotton dress with scoop front neck, button-front bodice, casing at empire waistline with drawstring to create gathers. This Style pattern is an old one from my stash, purchased years ago. Easy to sew; nothing fancy; just back-to-basics sewing skills required. I struggled with the drawstring; pulling the fabric tube from inside to out was/is frustrating; definitely need to work on mastering this tedious task for future projects.
Material Notes
100% cotton print fabric purchased on sale, online from www.marcytilton.com, dusty tangerine orange with abstract taupe-colored polka dots; four 7/8" coconut buttons by JHB.
