The Style Arc Kate dress is a real (not mock) wrap dress. It has long sleeves with pintuck detail, tucks at the front waist, and ties at the back. As drafted it is midi/mid-calf length. I shortened mine to knee length and omitted the sleeve tucks.
I made a last minute decision to try finishing the side opening where the belt slides through similar to a single welt pocket. I didn’t do the neatest job but it works really well to prevent skin from showing when tied and is an easy way of holding the turned-back edges in place.
