I finished that dress a little while ago, but did not get to take photograph outside :( It is a nice summer dress based on the popular (rightly so) dress #101 from Burdastyle.
I heavily modified the pattern, changing the darts at the front bodice so I would keep the stripes aligned, changing the skirt for inverted pleats and adding bias on the neckline and armholes to give a bit more interest and break the pattern. Now I can’t wait for spring !
cotton (heavy, possibly quilting or upholstery but still nice), red cotton bias tape.
