Lately I took up knitting again. As we are renovating our home there isn’t much space for sewing and there isn’t much space required for knitting.
I had a lot of cotton yarn leftovers from the time I worked as a designer. So I decided to knit a baby sweater for my friends baby boy Ilias.
The sweater is based on a pattern from the seventies; it’s very easy, but as the sweater is so small I had to work very accurate. The pattern originally had more colors, but I made up my own color pattern. For the finishing touch I sewed a name label with fosforent orange yarn. My friend was very happy with this gift :-)
