Beautiful blouse and the stripes do look like pleats! Interesting effect and I like how you created your own “pattern” by changing direction of the fabric.

I like the yoke effect on the front; when I first saw it, I thought it was pleated!
(The ‘pleats’ even on the collar are the giveaway….)

Hehe, I’ve never seen that “optical illusion” on the shirt until you mentioned it. It really does look as if it’s pleated! :)
