This is vest 125B from Burda Magazine October 2010.
It is made out of !00% wool stripe fabric. It is a petite pattern and I had to make adjustments for long torso, and small back/chest.
It came together really easily and I am thrilled with the result!

That’s a lovely waistcoat. I’ve been eyeing off this pattern ever since I first saw it in the magazine. I think you’ve shown me I should just get on with it. We’re in autumn in Sydney, Australia, and a waistcoat like this will be just the perfect addition to the wardrobe.

Hi Corinne.
You should totally go for it! This project came together really fast. I made a muslin because the pattern is “petite size” and I’m rather tall, but other than that it was really easy to sew.

Go for it! Vests are such good wardrobe builder! This one came together really easily plus if you go with plain fabric you won’t have to worry about matching anything – which is what took me the longest…
